Learn how to chat with your designer, share files, request changes, and collaborate on your 3D model until your design is production-ready.
Once you’ve accepted a designer’s quote, you’ll unlock a dedicated project workspace where all communication and collaboration happen. Here’s how to make the most of it:
Step 1. Access the Project Workspace

Go to your Project Dashboard and select your active project.

The workspace includes three key tabs:

Communication → Chat directly with your designer

Tracking Changes → Review project updates and revisions

3D Model → Preview your 3D model once uploaded

Step 2. Use the Communication Tab
-
Send messages, share notes, and upload additional inspiration.

Designers will notify you here when updates are available or feedback is needed.

You’ll also see automated updates, like when:

A project moves into collaboration
-
A 3D model is uploaded
-
Tip: Keep all project-related communication in the workspace so your designer has full context.
Step 3. Share Files & Inspiration

Click the attachment icon to upload:

Sketches or inspiration images
-
Reference materials
-
Feedback documents
-
Step 4. Track Changes and Requests

Use the Tracking Changes tab to see:

Accepted or pending updates
-
Revision history
-
Change requests submitted to your designer

Step 5. View 3D Models (Premium & Studio Only)

Once your designer uploads a 3D model, you’ll get a notification.

Switch to the 3D Model tab to view it.

Free plan users won’t have access to this preview — you’ll need Premium or Studio to unlock it.
Step 6. Keep Your Project Moving

Respond to designer messages quickly to avoid delays.

Submit feedback or change requests directly in the workspace.

When the model is finalized, you can move straight into production or save it for later.
