Learn how to review, approve, and finalize your design project after collaborating with a CAD designer.
Once you’ve collaborated with your CAD designer and all changes have been finalized, you’ll move through the final steps to complete your project:
1. Designer Marks Project as Ready for Approval
-
After all requested changes have been addressed (either accepted or declined), your designer will complete their internal checklist and move the project to the Review & Approve Design stage.
-
You’ll see a notification in the project chat when this happens.
2. Review & Approve Your Design
-
At this stage, you can review to ensure the designer has captured all your requests.
-
An Approve button will appear at the bottom of the project interface.
-
Once you’re satisfied with the final design, click Approve to move the project forward.
3. Project Delivered
-
After you approve the design, your project will move to the Project Delivered stage.
-
Here, your designer will upload and provide any necessary files to complete your project (e.g., production-ready 3D files).
-
Once this stage is complete, your project is officially finalized.
Important Notes
-
You must approve the project before it can be marked as delivered.
-
If additional changes are needed, you’ll need to submit a change request before approving the design.
