Learn how to add items to your cart, review your order details, and complete checkout for production.
Placing a production order on Gildform is simple. Here’s how:
1. Add Your Item to Cart

Once you’ve customized your model, click Add to Cart.

A confirmation modal will appear showing your item, price, and quantity.

You can choose to:

Proceed to Checkout, or
-
Add Another Item before continuing.

2. Review Order Details
In your Shopping Cart, you’ll see:

Order Items – including price, material, and finish.
-
Order Summary – subtotal, sales tax, and total cost.

Order Acknowledgments – required agreements about production timelines, optimization, and delivery schedules.
To proceed, you must:

Check all acknowledgment boxes.

Confirm that you understand lead times and any restocking fees for models that don’t meet production standards.
3. Continue to Checkout
Click Continue to Checkout to move to the secure checkout page.
4. Enter Shipping Details

Choose Ship to Me or Ship to Customer.

Fill in your name, email, address, and phone number.
5. Select Shipping Method

Pick from the available shipping options for your location.
6. Enter Payment Information

Choose your saved payment method or enter a new card.

Optionally, add a discount code if you have one.
7. Place Your Order

Review your final order summary.

Click Place Order to submit.
What Happens Next

You’ll receive an email confirmation of your order.

Once your order is in production, you can track its status under Orders in your dashboard.
