      How do I purchase credit packs in Gildform?

      Purchase additional credits anytime directly from your account settings.

      If you run out of your monthly credits, you can purchase credit packs to unlock more AI-powered tools and previews without waiting for your next billing cycle.

      1. Go to Billing & Transactions

      1. Log in to your Gildform account.

      2. Click on your profile menu (top-right corner).

      3. Go to Settings → Billing & Transactions.

      2. Check Your Current Credits

      At the top of the Billing & Transactions tab, you’ll see:

      • Monthly Credits → Included in your plan and reset every billing cycle.

      • Purchased Credits → Used after monthly credits run out, oldest expire first.

      Tip: Purchased credits are only used once your monthly credits are fully consumed.

      3. Buy Credit Packs

      1. Click Buy Credits under your credit balance.

      2. In the pop-up, select a credit pack:

        • Mini Pack → 25 credits for $15

        • Standard Pack (most popular) → 60 credits for $30

        • Studio Pack → 400 credits for $150

      3. Confirm your payment method or click Change to update it.

      4. Click Confirm and Pay to complete your purchase.

      4. How Purchased Credits Work

      • Purchased credits are added to your purchased credits wallet.

      • They’re only used after your monthly credits are exhausted.

      • Purchased credits roll over and remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

      • You can track your purchased credits in Billing & Transactions under Credit Balance.

      5. Viewing Credit History

      To view your past purchases and credit usage:

      1. Go to Billing & Transactions.

      2. Click View Credit History.

      3. You’ll see:

        • Credit packs purchased.

        • Usage breakdowns.

        • Expiration dates.

      Q: Do purchased credits expire?
      Yes, they remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

      Q: Will buying credits change my plan?
      No. Purchasing credits does not upgrade or downgrade your plan — it simply adds extra credits.

      Q: What happens if I upgrade my plan after buying credits?
      Your purchased credits stay on your account and remain valid. They’ll continue to be used after your new monthly credits are consumed.
