      How do I track my credit usage in Gildform?

      View your monthly and purchased credit activity directly from your Billing & Transactions page.

      You can track all your monthly and purchased credit activity in real time through your account settings.

      1. Go to Billing & Transactions

      1. Log in to your Gildform account.

      2. Click on your profile menu (top-right corner).

      3. Go to Settings → Billing & Transactions.

      2. Open the Credit History Tab

      From the Billing & Transactions page, you have two ways to view your usage:

      • Click View Credit History under your credit balance, or

      • Switch to the Credit History tab.

      3. Understanding the Credit History Table

      Your Credit History shows a full breakdown of:

      • Date → When credits were used or added.

      • Feature/Action → What triggered the credit usage, e.g.:

        • Designs Generation → AI-powered tools like Design Previews.

        • Credit Pack Purchase → Credits added from purchased packs.

      • Credits → Amount used (negative) or added (positive).

      • Source → Whether credits came from:

        • Monthly → Your included plan credits.

        • Purchased → Credits from purchased packs.

      • Status → Whether the action was Completed or the credits were Added.

      Tip: Purchased credits are only used after your monthly credits are fully consumed.
      You’ll always see monthly credits deducted first in the history table.

      4. Exporting Your Credit History

      If you need a record for reporting or accounting:

      1. Click Export Credit History in the top-right of the tab.

      2. Download a CSV file with your full usage and purchase details.

      5. Where to View Remaining Credits

      At any time, you can see:

      • Monthly credits remaining

      • Purchased credits remaining

      • The next monthly credit reset date

      All of this is available at the top of the Billing & Transactions page under Credit Balance.

      Q: How often is credit usage updated?
      Credit usage updates instantly after you generate a design or purchase credits.

      Q: Do purchased credits expire?
      Yes — purchased credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
