How do I track my production orders?

Learn how to track your orders in real time, view progress updates, and access your invoices.

Once you’ve placed a production order, you can easily track its status from your Orders page:

1. View All Your Orders

• Go to your Orders page from the main navigation.

• Here, you’ll see a list of all your orders, including:

  • Order number

  • Order date

  • Status (e.g. Received, Processing, 3D Printing, Casting, Shipping)

  • Total items

  • Total cost

• 

2. Track Order Progress

• Click on any order to view its detailed progress.

• Each order includes a step-by-step production tracker, showing where your items are in the manufacturing process:

  1. Received – Your order has been successfully placed.

  2. Processing – Materials and specs are being confirmed.

  3. 3D Printing – Model is being printed (if applicable).

  4. Casting – Your item is cast in the selected material.

  5. Polishing & Assembly – Finishing touches are applied.

  6. Final Quality Check – Ensuring your product meets Gildform standards.

  7. Shipping – Your order is on its way.

3. View Order Details & Invoices

• Inside your order, you can:

  • Review order items and their specifications.

  • View your order summary, including subtotal, taxes, and shipping.

  • Download your invoice directly from the right-hand panel.
