Learn how to change your Gildform plan directly from your account settings.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch your Gildform membership plan anytime from your account settings.
1. Go to Your Membership Settings

Log in to your Gildform account.

Click on your profile menu (top-right corner).

Go to Account Settings → Account Info.

Scroll to the Membership & Billing section.
2. View Your Current Plan
In the Membership & Billing section, you’ll see:

Your current plan (Free, Premium, or Studio).
-
Your payment method.
-
Options to Update Payment Method, Change Plan, or Cancel Membership.
3. Changing Your Plan

Click Change Plan.

A pop-up will display the available plans:

Free (Standard)
-
Premium (Most Popular)
-
Studio (Requires talking to Sales)

Choose your desired plan:

Upgrading: Select Premium or Studio to unlock more features like AI tools, multi-category designs, Shopify integration, and priority support.

Downgrading: Select Standard (Free) to move back to the starter plan.

4. How Billing Works When You Switch Plans
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan:

You’re billed immediately for the new plan.
-
The new plan starts right away — there’s no waiting until the next cycle.

Your monthly credit balance resets instantly to reflect the new plan’s credit allowance.

This applies to both upgrades and downgrades.

6. Canceling Your Membership
If you cancel your membership:

The cancellation takes effect immediately.
-
Your credit balance resets instantly to match the Free plan.
-
Any Premium or Studio features (like AI tools, Shopify integration, or white-label templates) will become unavailable right away.
