Return Policy & Terms of Service

If in the unlikely event you need to request a return, please go to Your Orders and click Return of the Order (ie. Order #XXX) that you’d like to return. If you have multiple styles in the same Order be sure to specify which styles and the quantities that you’d like to return. If it is urgent, send an email to hello@gildform.com – We will follow up with you within 48 hours with the next steps. 

You’ll have 7 days from the receipt of your order to ensure the quality and its contents. If the order is not made to the specification of your order, we’ll replace it if notice is given within 7 days. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for consultations. We do not offer refunds on 3D models once the quote has been accepted and paid.
