2. Fill out the Sign Up form with your information

3. Fill out your address details

4. Fill out the fields with the skills you have and be sure to add images (JPG or PNG) of samples of your work.

 

5. After filling out your info you will be redirected to the stripe connect page where you will have to fill out the fields required.

 

6. After finishing the stripe connect account you will be redirected to the pending page where the Gildform team will review your account. TeamGildform will notify you on the status of your approval. Please allow 5 -7 business days for us to review your application.
