      I'm having issues uploading 3D models.

      Try these helpful tips if you're having issues using Gildform.

      1. Check that you are uploading the right file type. We only accept two 3D File types and they are .obj and .stl files. 
      2. Check the size of your 3D model. Go to the File Explorer and right-click on the file that you are having issues with. Then, click on properties to see the size of the file. 
        File Maximum size is 100 GB
      3. Clear your browser cookies and cache. 

      Troubleshooting Tip: When trying to upload your .stl file to Gildform, if the "Select the File" option did not work, try the "Drag and Drop" option.
