# Stripe Connect Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble connecting with Stripe connect you just need to log back in on the marketplace and you will be able to click the link below.

1. Go to [marketplace.gildform.com](http://marketplace.gildform.com)
2. Log Out if you are signed in
3. Clear your cookies/cache
4. Click Log In as a Designer
5. While your application is under review, please click Continue to Stripe Connect to connect to Stripe to receive payments
