Order movement on the order status page
Your order can move a step backward on the order status page and you may be wondering if there is an error on the page. The backward movement is needed at the time and in line with our Quality Assurance policy.
We conduct rigorous quality checking to ensure the best quality product of your design made from scratch. If an item has moved back a step, this means that it was a requirement after performing a quality check for that status.
Sometimes an item may move back from one status to the previous status. This is a standard for ensuring a premium quality product.
