General lead time policy:
Our lead time policy provides an estimated timeframe for the production and delivery of your order based on the specific product(s) you have chosen and/or created for production and quantities. Factors that may affect lead times include the complexity of the product, the materials used, availability of sourced materials, optimization of your unique design, and the current production queue. We aim to provide accurate lead time estimates, but please be aware that actual lead times may vary and due to the customized nature of every design created and produced, we do not guarantee lead times.
Current Lead Times For Gildform Plus Members
Gildform Plus members enjoy priority production and delivery, resulting in faster lead times. As of March 24th, 2023, the estimated lead times for Gildform Plus members are as follows:- Gildform: Print On-Demand Shopify: 7-10 working days
- General On-Demand Order: 7 - 21 working days (depending on quantities)
*If designs are not optimized for production, then actual lead times will vary.

Current lead times for Non-Gildform Plus members:
As of March 24th, 2023, the estimated lead times for non-Gildform Plus members are as follows:
- General On-Demand Order: 4 - 10 weeks (depending on quantities)

Factors affecting lead times
Lead times may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to:
- Supply chain disruptions
- Seasonal demand fluctuations
- Production capacity limitations
- Customization requests
Rest assured that Gildform Plus members and Gildform: Print On-Demand Shopify App orders are prioritized in production.
FOR ORDERS WITH DESIGNS NOT OPTIMIZED FOR PRODUCTION
Please note that non Gildform Plus members that place production orders with a third-party model that is not optimized for production will receive a refund for the item(s) not optimized for production, minus the 15% restocking fee. Gildform Plus member will receive a full refund for orders with designs not optimized for products, in addition to the rest of their benefits.
In the event of a significant change in lead times, Gildform will proactively communicate this information to customers through email notifications, website banners, or other appropriate channels. We encourage customers to stay informed by regularly checking this knowledge base article for updates and reviewing their current order status on their Production Order Dashboard for real-time updates on their production order.
